“The opportunity to be part of a team so dynamic as Roiback is unique. I have been able to verify, working in Lopesan Hotel Group, one of its clients, that the service it provides is excellent, in addition to having also experienced a notable increase in the web conversion rate since its implementation. Roiback's native status as a booking engine, as well as the focus on direct sales through its tools in Marketing, Loyalty, B2B, etc., make the company the perfect ecosystem to continue developing as a professional and contribute to the hotel sector my knowledge in this area. I think that, working in a leading company in its sector with a continuous growth, many possibilities will open both personally and professionally. It will be quite an experience to be part of this company directly and I am looking forward to continuing to increase our presence in the Islands,” said Gomez de la Mata.
Another new recruitment to the Canary Islands team is Francisco Santana, who joins the staff as Direct Channel Specialist, with functions such as sales supervision, objectives and quality of service agreed with the client or marketing actions development. Santana has a master’s in digital marketing and has worked in the tourism sector with companies such as The Ritz-Carlton.
