Roiback Latam sets the objectives for 2019
Recently, our colleagues from Roiback LATAM celebrated in Medellin, the end of year review convention. An event in which the teams from Colombia and Mexico were able to know first-hand the achievements made during this fiscal year and the goals set for 2019.
Lorena Restrepo, General Manager in Colombia, and Toni Omañas, our Head of Expansion and Business development in America, kicked off the speeches, highlighting the importance of teamwork to face the challenges that may arise this year in the region and wanted to thank everyone for the efforts carried out so far.
The LATAM team has grown considerably in recent years and is projected as one of the teams with more growth in the medium term. This event helped present the different objectives set for each department and align them with the commercial strategy. Some of the key points commented were:
- The growth of the LATAM market in Roiback.
- Mexico as an expanding market and Colombia as an emerging tourist destination.
- Results of our latest products: Backhotel Lite, Mobilis Pro and Loyalty Module.
- The role that Roiback has played in the profitability of our collaborators.
Also, our Managing Director, Rebeca González, and our Head of Finance and Strategy, Pedro Moner, addressed some words to the LATAM team, in which they highlighted the good moment of the company and encouraged everyone to continue working in the same direction and with great enthusiasm in order to face all future challenges.
