Present and future of Roiback at the STC 2019

This year we celebrated the second edition of the STC 2019 (Sales Team Convention) that ended today and took place at the Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity, located in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria.

Roiback management team together with the Heads of the Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communication and Product departments, met these days with all the members of the sales team of the company who have attended the meeting from different regions where we operate: EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

The conference has served to inform everyone about the current situation in which we are, to present the roadmap of the different departments and to discuss and exchange opinions on the objectives set for the next fiscal year that will start in October.

Roiback’s managing director, Rebeca González, spoke about the company's strong commitment to innovation and the continuous improvement of its products. "We put all our efforts investing in technology and innovation, which means that over the next few years we will continue to have the best solution in the market," said Rebeca.

We also had the pleasure of receiving an external presentation by the former managing director of Idiso, Javier Silvestre, who shared with us his extensive experience and knowledge within the hotel distribution.

During the event, the attendees had time to reinforce the values ​​of teamwork. The colleagues carried out different pastime activities in the hotel grounds. Tonight, everyone will attend the party we have organized for the hoteliers in the island of Gran Canaria and we will also celebrate another one tomorrow in the island of Tenerife.
