New partnership between Roiback and Destinia group

Roiback, specialist and leader in the management of the direct channel of hotel sales, has reached an agreement with Destinia group so that the nearly 2,000 hotels in the portfolio of the Mallorcan technology company with a presence in more than 50 countries, can market combined flight + hotel packages through their official website.
This product has been specially designed to respond to hotel customers who also need travel, and as an alternative to the packaged flight and accommodation sale that is usually carried out through online travel agencies (OTAs) or traditional tour operators, also differentiating by their cross-selling like transfers, car rentals and cancellation and assistance insurances.
Through this functionality, hoteliers can package special and exclusive rates from their website with the flights provided by Destinia (more than 600 airlines), enabling them to have full control of the packaged rates they want to sell through the direct channel at a lower cost and thus offer added customer service, so the clients do not have to go to another website to buy their flights.
In addition, this innovative solution stands out for its fast and easy implementation, is available to users in 24 different languages (including Chinese and Arabic), is fully adapted to mobile devices, has a call center service during business hours and supports the main payment methods in the market, among other advantages.
