Direct booking workshops for hoteliers in Bali

Our Senior Business Development Manager in APAC, Fandy Gunawan, represented Roiback as a guest speaker in two workshop events organized last week in Bali, Indonesia.

The first workshop in collaboration with our partner, Sojern, took place at the Fontana Hotel Bali in Kuta with the attendance of 25 guests from 15 different hotels in the area.

The other workshop organized by our partner, Userguest, congregated 35 hoteliers from 17 properties at the Westin Bali Ubud, located in the beautiful town in the center of Bali.

Fandy spoke about the importance of the direct channel and explained different strategies to increase web traffic and direct bookings. He also talked about the most significant features of a good booking engine and the tools used in order to improve web performance.

During the workshops that will be ongoing around Indonesia in the following months, hoteliers in the region will get to learn more about the way to shift bookings from other distribution channels to the most profitable one, their official website.
